Argus installs sensors in driving aids to track exactly when and where they are used. For tools where sensors cannot be fitted, like paddles, our AI takes over by learning to recognise them visually.
How Argus tracks equipment and driving aids
- Goads or prods: Smart technology integration enables precise tracking of when and where goads are used.
- Recognition of driving aids: Through advanced AI technology, Argus can also automatically recognise the use of manual driving aids, such as paddles, garbage bags, flags, and rattles—even without the need for built-in sensors.
- Electric Stunning Tongs: Stunning events are monitored in real time, with automatic logging for complete traceability.
- Argus Sensor Box (ASB): Acting as the central hub, the ASB collects and consolidates all wired and wireless sensor signals in the lairage.
- Docking Station: Tracks the use of captive bolt stunning masks, logs double and emergency shots, and supports automated maintenance planning.
- Clicker: A handheld device allowing operators to manually mark points of interest, making targeted review and evaluation easier. Argus facilitates the use of these clickers and offers the option to customise them with personalised stickers or labels according to your preferences.
- ERP and quality system integration: Argus integrates smoothly with existing ERP, MES, and quality assurance systems such as Midas or Jarvis, supporting real-time reporting, alerts, and historical data sharing.
